How lucky we were to have Mary Kay referred to us. We were attempting to do the impossible. We needed to sell our condo that was under repair construction for developer defects and lenders were not interested. She had made an effective marketing plan and contacted lenders for help with a "portfolio loan", a special loan used in circumstances like this. We knew once the construction was complete our condo would be good as new but it was still a "tough sell" with the exterior work being done. We met Mary Kay in late August, 2013. From the get-go, we liked her, because she was very informative, pleasant, and we felt a connection to her as a professional with integrity. That is, after learning about the 1-year fiasco we had with a previous realtor, she never engaged in any bad mouthing of the other agent. Instead, she focused on gathering new listings for us based on our needs in a timely manner. Scheduling for us was not easy due to our limited availability and distance from the sites. Yet, everything went smoothly, thanks to her flexibility, organizational skills, and ingenuity in making it all worked out.
